Why do people feel helpless against cancer

It is common for people to think that the cancer is beyond their control, or as said Bender, "just happen" or because of genetics. Another issue is for many people, making healthy choices is not always easy. Families may not have access to affordable healthy food and parents and young adults who work long hours often do not have the time or energy to prepare healthy meals.
