According to the National Academy of Sciences in America, some of the things mentioned below can be done to prevent cancer.

4. Reduce smoking and preserved foods, salted or smoked the meat and fish.
5. Avoid the sun by wearing hats and sun protection lotion.
6. Avoid changing sexual partners.
7. Avoid alcohol.
8. Attention to suspicious changes in your body, like a lump in the breast, in skin or moles or changes in skin color, prolonged diarrhea or constipation and others.
9. Early detection of cancer with ujisaring examination, especially for high risk groups such as men over the age of 50 years for prostate cancer, family history for breast cancer, colon and uterus, women over 40 years for cervical cancer, people with hepatitis B or C for cancer liver.
